I would like to express how totally impressed my family and I were with your On-Call Vet and assistant on the 29th of January. We came there because that is where my daughter Lacey brings here kitty. You should all be very proud to work at a place where there is so much care and compassion.

Thank you for making a very hard decision as nice as you did. I was trying to write this several times during the last week, but it was hard to type with tears. Then we got your wonderful tribute to our little beagle with the paw print, ornament, and card. I have decided that people like you will be solely in charge of our next puppy when we get one.
