Here are a few tips to help get you ready for your first visit with us.
Save time and Pre-Register! Fill out the submission form below with your information or download the form, fill it out and bring it with you to your appointment. This will expedite the initial check-in process for you and your pet.
Bring copies of your pet's medical records if you have them or call your previous clinic to have them faxed (920-498-1365) over to us. This makes it easier for us to make appropriate recommendations for your pet and avoids the need to duplicate something that may have already been done elsewhere.
For the safety and security of your pet, please plan on bringing them in on a leash or in a carrier.
Our clinic is actively using techniques to help make your pet's visit less stressful. When you arrive you will be asked to place a bandana on your dog or a blanket over your cat carrier. These have been pre-sprayed with calming pheromones to help ease your pet's stress while they are here. We also utilize these sprays in the exam rooms and directly on our staff. If able, please bring your pet in hungry as we are not above bribery! If they have a favorite treat you are welcome to bring it from home, otherwise we have a large variety here in hopes to find something that everyone will enjoy. If you are interested in other tips that you can start at home to make your veterinary visits less stressful we are happy to help with that too!
Our clinic policy is that payment is due at the time of services rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and Discover as well as CareCredit. CareCredit is a health services credit card that can be applied for in clinic or in the comfort of your home prior to your visit. Any other payment options are at the discretion of the operations manager and must be pre-arranged. Please be aware that for the safety of our clients, it is our policy that the named card holder must be present in order for us to run payment through.
